Can Philly Make It Without Donovan?

We couldn’t make it through the rest of the game against the Tennessee Titans, after Dononan McNabb tore a knee ligament during the second quarter and had to leave. Jeff Garcia filled his spot, even managed a little toss that added a touchdown for us, but #3 draft pick Vince Young and the otherwise generally pathetic Titans were not going to let their opportunity for a win against the Philadelphia Eagles pass them by.

This NFL season has seen a lot of injured quarterbacks, not to mention some shuffling around of healthy ones, for instance, Romo swapped in for Bledsoe by the Cowboys, but I was really hoping to see McNabb leading the Eagles through a complete season. He has had mid-year injuries that left him benched for the season twice before in five years. Donovan’s got to be totally frustrated–I hope Eagles fans won’t end up that way as well.
